Drip HAUSE Client Policies

Check-In

When you arrive for your appointment, we may still be assisting another client. Please remain in your vehicle and check in. You will receive a text message when we are ready for you to enter the clinic.

Late Arrivals

Grace Period

A 15-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals. If you arrive within this timeframe, we will do our best to accommodate your appointment. However, treatment time may be shortened to ensure the next client’s appointment is not delayed.

Arrivals After 15 Minutes

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled or the appointment may be canceled. In these situations, the full service fee will still apply.

Appointment Cancellations

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled appointment in order to avoid forfeiting your deposit.

A one-time courtesy reschedule may be allowed; however, deposits are non-transferable.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a $100 late cancellation fee

Missed Appointments (No-Shows)

Clients who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment and do not provide prior notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.

Gratuity

Gratuities are never required but are always appreciated. If you feel your service exceeded expectations, tips may be given at your discretion.

Booking & Deposits

A $50 deposit is required to reserve your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your total service cost on the day of your appointment.

Deposits are refundable if an appointment is canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

Appointments canceled within 24 hours or missed without notice will result in the forfeiture of the deposit, and the full service fee may be charged.

Accepted Payment Methods

For the safety and convenience of our clients and staff, Drip HAUSE operates as a cash-free business.

We accept the following payment methods:

Major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)
Mobile payment services including Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Cash App
Prepaid services and gift cards purchased online or in person

Pricing Policy

Service pricing may change periodically due to seasonal promotions, updated service offerings, or operational adjustments. Drip HAUSE reserves the right to modify pricing when necessary. Clients will always be informed of pricing before services are completed.

Children & Additional Guests

Children

To maintain a safe and relaxing environment for all clients, we kindly ask that children do not accompany you to your appointment.

Additional Guests

Only clients receiving services are permitted in treatment areas. We ask that guests who are not scheduled for services do not attend appointments.

Age Requirement

Drip HAUSE services are available to clients age 21 and older.

Health Screening

Prior to receiving treatment, clients may be required to complete a health screening and medical questionnaire. This allows our providers to ensure treatments are appropriate and safe for your individual health profile.

Medical Considerations

All clients must complete a medical history form prior to receiving services.
Pregnancy: Please notify us if you are pregnant or believe you may be pregnant at the time of booking and at your appointment.
Medical Conditions: Clients should disclose any medical conditions such as heart disease, hypertension, allergies, or other health concerns.
Medications: Certain medications may affect treatment eligibility or outcomes, so please inform us of all medications you are currently taking.

Clients under a physician’s care or with significant medical conditions may be asked to obtain written clearance from their healthcare provider before receiving certain treatments.

Right to Refuse Service

Drip HAUSE is committed to maintaining a professional, respectful, and safe environment for both clients and staff. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue services if a situation arises that may compromise the safety, comfort, or well-being of others.

Privacy & Confidentiality

All client information, medical records, and treatment details are kept strictly confidential. Drip HAUSE follows all applicable privacy regulations to ensure the protection of your personal information.

Policy Updates

Drip HAUSE reserves the right to update or revise these policies at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website.

Treatment Recommendations

Our providers may suggest additional treatments or products based on your individual goals and needs. We encourage open communication so that we can customize your care and help you achieve the best results.

Promotions & Special Offers

Promotions, discounts, and special offers cannot be combined with other discounts unless otherwise stated.

Promotional credits, rewards, or offers:

Have no cash value
Are non-transferable
Must be redeemed within the promotional timeframe unless otherwise specified
